Emile Dupree – German Bass Bow

Stamped:

Stamped “Emile Dupree.” This Dupree bow was made in Germany after WW II with the French trade name to give the appearance of a French maker. The bow was imported into the US by Metropolitan Music Company. The bow is pernambuco specie and round section. It has a half lined ebony frog and three-piece endscrew mounted in nickel silver.
