• Not locked into the contract – no cancellation fee.
• No fee for size exchanges (shipping fees may apply).
• Convenient size exchanges may be done right at your child’s school.
• Trade-in equity may be applied to finer instruments.

Rental payments are made on a credit or debit card on the fourth of each month. Visa, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted.

All instruments in the rental program are used or slightly used. The instrument contract is not transferrable to any other relative or friend. The instrument may be returned and the contract may be terminated at any time by contacting J.R. Judd Violins via telephone or e-mail.

If the contract is completed before trading in the instrument: The rental outfit may be traded in for a larger size. Service fee of $100.00 applies. Only the instrument, at its original contract value, may be traded in when you upgrade to a more expensive instrument. In the event of depreciation beyond normal wear, a repair cost may also be deducted from the cost of the trade-in as well as the service fee of $100.00.
