This handmade baroque viola bow by C. Santos, Brazil in 2022. The bow was made in snakewood specie. It is a round-section bow; the frog end of the stick is fluted. The bow is finished with a matching snakewood frog and endscrew. A gorgeous stick with a weight 12.0 grams less than a modern viola bow.
Weight fully haired: 58.6 grams.
